Evening care request service for early education institutions
This service allows studying and following up requests for evening care submitted by early education institutions in accordance with regulations and standards, in order to improve the quality of care provided, improve the outcomes of early education institutions, and ensure the safety of children
Service Conditions
- The early education institution must be licensed by the Ministry of Education
- The institution’s commitment to the decree law regarding private educational institutions and the decisions implementing it, in addition to Law No. (37) of 2012 promulgating the Children’s Law and the decisions implementing it
- There are no violations
- The extension shall not exceed 6 pm
Required Attachments
- The program prepared for children according to their age group includes the period of evening care, meal times, rest, sleep, playing, and bathing
- A list of children's names and their age groups
- A list of the names of nannies and teachers charged with caring for children during the evening care period
- Fees for the evening care period
- Equipment for facilities designated for extension for the purpose of evening care, according to the age group of children
- Parents' requests for evening care
- Pledge to follow security and safety procedures and provide equipment for children’s needs during the evening care period
- Information about buses (licensed company, security and safety precautions inside the bus, driver’s license)

- Legislative Decree No. (25) of 1998, with respect to private educational and training establishments
