Fee adjustment service for early education institutions
The service allows all early education institutions to be subjected to audit and examination to ensure that all requirements and requirements for financial resources and entitlements are met to ensure the provision of quality service to the institution’s members
Service Conditions
- Submit a fee adjustment form to the Early Education Licensing and Follow-up Department
- Three years have passed since the last increase in fees for children in the institution
- The institution's license must be valid
- The institution must not have committed any violations related to security and safety
Required Attachments
- Fill out the fee adjustment request form
- Statement of the Early Education Foundation’s bank account for the last financial year
- A copy of the institution’s approved tuition fees
- The annual final account report approved by the office External auditor for the last fiscal year
- The organization's estimated financial budget for the current year
- Payment of social insurance contributions For employees for the last month before submitting the application
- Payroll for all employees of the educational institution For the last month before submitting the application

- Submit the application via email attached with the required documents
- Review and study of the application by the relevant department of management
- Submitting applications to obtain approval from higher authorities
- ssuing and approving the final response to the request by the Department Director
