Renewing the license for early education institutions
The service allows all early education institutions to be subjected to audit and examination to ensure that they follow all educational, legal and administrative requirements and requirements to ensure the security and safety of children and the quality of the service provided to them before renewing the license. The institutions’ licenses are renewed every three years for kindergartens and two years for nurseries

Service Processes
- Submit the application by filling out a license renewal form for early education institutions, with the kindergarten providing the documents (bank guarantee from the kindergarten only) after obtaining a letter of no objection to renew the kindergarten license from the Early Education Licensing and Follow-up Department based on the kindergarten’s compliance with the requirements and standards of the Ministry of Education
- Issuing approval for renewal and issuing a letter to the Financial Resources Department after objection to renewing the license, mentioning the period (for kindergartens only)
- Receive a balance from the Financial Resources Department according to the required period (for kindergartens only)
- Prepare a registration certificate for the required period and send it to the institution
