Request for licensing of administrative and technical members
Approval of the application for licensing members of the administrative and technical body according to the academic and professional qualifications and the conditions that must be met.
Service Conditions
- The application will not be accepted without the required attachments at the back.
- Renew the no-objection every two years in case of appointing a foreign employee.
- The qualification must be consistent with the professional level and nature of the job.
- The type of job required must be consistent with the activity and objectives of the training institution.
Required Attachments
- CV.
- Original copy of qualifications and a copy thereof or equivalent certified by official authorities.

- Decree-Law No. 25 of 1998 regarding private educational institutions.
- Law No. 17 of 2007 regarding vocational training and ministerial resolutions.
