Early education institution licensing service (nurseries)

Facilitating licensing mechanisms for early education institutions to encourage investors in the sector and guide them to obtain a new license, in order to ensure the quality of services provided to children and increase their enrollment in this important educational stage.

Service Conditions

He must not be less than 25 years old
He must have full legal capacity, good conduct, and no final rulings have been issued against him for a felony or misdemeanor prejudicial to honor, trustworthiness, or public morals, unless he has been rehabilitated
Must have at least a high school diploma or its equivalent
To be able to finance, establish, and continue the private educational institution in accordance with the standards, requirements, and guarantees set by the Ministry
He must not be an employee of the government, public or private bodies or institutions

If he is a legal person

Whoever represents him before others must fulfill all the previous conditions except what is stipulated in Clause (4), provided that the source of funding for the private educational institution and the ability to obtain this funding must be stated in the application

Required Attachments

A copy of a valid passport
A letter addressed to the Early Education Licensing and Follow-up Department approved by the applicant
A copy of the valid CPR card from both sides and the card reader
A statement from the last job indicating that the employee left his job if he was an employee
High school certificate and the applicant’s last academic qualification
Feasibility study and budget for the project
Recent supporting documents from the bank for the amounts allocated for the project capital (in the amount of 10,000 dinars for nurseries)
(In the event that two or more people participate in the organization’s capital) a solidarity contract notarized by a notary
(If the applicant is a legal person) a copy of the institution or company’s registration certificate with the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism and the documents of the legal representative must be attached
Fill out a license application form to establish an early education institution

A letter from the applicant
Maps and engineering drawings of the building and external spaces showing the use plan. 3. A copy of the ownership document
copy of the building address certificate approved by the Information and e-Government Authority/electricity bill showing the property address
