Permission to hold temporary events
It is an approval granted by the local animal production directorate (to a licensed entity or an individual) to hold a veterinary-animal event temporarily, within a specific period of time, and in accordance with applicable requirements and laws.
Service Conditions
- Legal documents attached should be true, original and updated to the date of registration
- Pay the prescribed fees of 10 dinars
- Approval of other relevant parties
- The presence of a licensed veterinarian
- Compliance with the animal welfare law

Service Processes
- An in-person presentation for the Department of Animal Production and Poultry.
- Requests are submitted by sending a manual or electronic letter to senior management, department director, or department chief by the event organizers and must include the following:
- The name and type of the required activity (to ensure its connection to animal and veterinary affairs).
- Place, time, and date of the event.
- The commercial registry number or the registry of the private entity or civil society organization wishing to hold the event.
- For individuals, a copy of the CPR is requested
- Approval of the hosting authorities if the event is held on private property.
- Receive the application and verify the attachments.
- Study the request and decide regarding it.
- Approval of the event and approval of the letter.
- Sending electronic invoices to the customer for payment.
- Pay the fee of 10 dinars.
- Delivering the permission to the client.
- Archive the application.
- Field inspection by the Animal and Poultry Production section to monitor effectiveness.
