The service clarifies the procedures followed to submit the applications of those wishing to obtain a license to inspect lifting equipment and pressure vessels.
Service Conditions
- The applicant must meet all the conditions specified in the ministerial order.
Required Attachments
- Commercial Registration of the Establishment
- Commercial Registration of the establishment
- ISO certificate
- A list of the projects in which the facility worked and the equipment it examined, proving that it has more than 10 years of experience
- A copy of the software used for examinations and certification
- Examiners' data and qualifications
- Membership certificates at the international accreditation bodies specified in the ministrial order
