Through this service, employers can apply for the cancellation of the work permit of Golden/ Platinum visa holders and keep their Golden/ Platinum visa at the same time.

- This permit is issued in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (19) of 2006 regarding regulating the labour market and its amendments. This permit is issued by the Authority to an alien as a foreign employer acting on his or her behalf and on his or her own behalf in accordance with articles (1, 30, 31 and 32).

Service Processes
- Download Permit/ Service Application Form PDF (1.39 MB) and fill in the required information.
- Submit the application form along with the required documents at the Client's Services counters.
- Once the application is submitted, LMRA employee will inform the client that he/ she will need to pay the the admin fees (Either on counter by using the Point of Sale (POS) machine, or via his E-Key on Expat Management System (EMS)).
- Upon completion of the admin fees payment, the work permit will get cancelled and you will be given the termination certificate.
