Request for Negotiation to Settle a Collective Labour Dispute
The Request for Negotiation to Settle a Collective Labor Dispute service is concerned with receiving requests for collective labour disputes submitted by trade union organizations or groups of workers to settle them amicably before submitting them to the Collective Labor Dispute Settlement Council or the Collective Arbitration Authority at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments.
Service Conditions
- The subject of the dispute must be collective.
- The dispute must be related to working conditions and terms of employment.
- The dispute must be between one or more employers and all or a group of their workers.
- The dispute must be submitted by the trade union organization or the majority of the facility's workers or the workers of the section in the facility whom the dispute relates.
- Negotiations must take place between the two disputing parties before submitting the service request for a period of no less than 60 days " with the document proving this attached".
Required Attachments
- Attachment of the evidence of negotiation or refusal to negotiate by the representatives of the defendant.
- Attachment of the names of the complainants (with personal and contact numbers).
- The possibility of attaching other documents related to the subject of the dispute.
