  • Upon receiving complaints against an employment office at the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) through official communication channels or at LMRA headquarters, LMRA will initiate the necessary actions to cancel the employment office's license.
  • Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) will review the case details.
  • Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) will issue a notification letter to the employment office owner, informing them of the The LMRA's intention to cancel the employment office’s license.
  • The employment office owner may respond to the notice. Depending on the response, Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) will either settle the issue or proceed with canceling the license and deleting the activity in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC).
