Approval of Penalties Rules and Regulations for Employers
Service Conditions
- The statements and requests should be in Arabic and in case the application is submitted in English, it must contain Arabic translation next to it with vertical formatting.
- The applicaion must contain the signature and the stamp of the employer or his representative on the top right corner of each page and the paper must be formal and must contain the CR number and the address clearly.
- Attach the commercial register of the applicant.
- In the event that the applicant is not the employer, the applicant’s personal number must be indicated.
- All the attachments must be in PDF format.
Required Attachments
- Penalties list or the bylaws for the employer.
- Personal number and a copy of the applicant's original valid ID card (CPR) with contact number.

- When starting the service, the system will request login using the commercial registration number and password.
- Enter the commercial registration number and password to continue.
- Enter your email and contact number.
- Insert a copy of the commercial register in the attachments.
- Attach the penalties list or the establishment’s bylaws.
- Submit the application.
