Service of issuing a statement of employment for people with disabilities

The employer submits a request to issue a statement of employment for people with disabilities through the establishment’s electronic account at the electronic employment fair.

Service Conditions

  • must have an account on the Ministry’s website.
  • The insurance status (employee) must be active (currently insured) in the same institution (registration number) and have a disability.

  • Law No. 74 of 2006 on the welfare, rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities and its amendments
