Mall.bh is an online platform that features licensed eStores and eMarketplaces classified by business activity. Mall.bh allows registration for licensed eStores and eMarketplaces, eCommerce solutions providers, eMarketplace providers, ePayment services providers, and logistics services providers. Additionally, it offers the Local Domain (.bh) Reservation service for companies and commercial establishments.
Service Conditions
- Active Commercial Registration.
Up and running eCommerce Platform (website or mobile application) which contains the following components:
- The eCommerce platform must have a secure ePayment method.
- The eCommerce platform must offer delivery service to customers.
- The eCommerce platform must have an active shopping cart.
- Availability of a Refund and Exchange policy, Terms of Use, and Data Protection

Service Processes
- 1. From the Main Menu, click on "Join mall.bh" and select the category, then login by clicking on "Log in with eKey".
- 2. Select the CR which the applicant would like to register, then add the eCommerce platform link, then click on "continue".
- 3. eCommerce Platform information form will appear, the applicant can utilize the AI tools to fill the required fields, then agree on the Pledge, then click on "submit" to complete the registration steps.
- 4. The application will be reviewed by the directorate to perform the suitable action (Approve, Defect, ..)
