Housing Units and Housing Plots Gift Registration Service

This service allows beneficiaries to register housing units or plots gifted by his Majesty the King at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, ensuring the legal and secure ownership transfer. The request can be submitted online after completing the required documents, to speed up the completion of transaction without the need for a personal visit.

Required Attachments

  • A letter with the number of thebeneficiaries of the housing unitor plot
  • A map of the housing unit or plot
  • Valid passport (for non- Bahraini).
