Will Registration Service
This service allows beneficiaries to register property wills at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, to legally secure the inheritance rights. The request can be submitted online after completing the required documents, to speed up the completion of transaction without the need for a personal visit.
Service Conditions
- If the property is located in an area that requires approval, such approval shall be obtained from the relevant authorities
Required Attachments
- Original property title deed.
- Death Certificate of the testator
- Passport for non-Bahrainis
- Will notarized by the Sharia Courts

- BD 5 : for every transaction
