Auction Court Judgment Registration Service

This service allows beneficiaries to register properties sold through public auction at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, ensuring the legal and secure ownership transfer. The request can be submitted online after completing the required documents, to speed up the completion of transaction without the need for a personal visit.

Service Conditions

  • If the property is located in an area that requires approval, such approval shall be obtained from the relevant authorities

Required Attachments

  • Original property title deed.
  • Execution Letter from theEnforcement Court specifyingthe property's clearance fromany liens, restrictions, orregistration marks, if any.
  • Copy of valid passport (for non- Bahraini).
