Corner Sale Contract Registration Service
This service allows beneficiaries to register corner property sales and merge them with adjacent properties at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, ensuring the legal and secure ownership transfer. The request can be submitted online after completing the required documents, to speed up the completion of transaction without the need for a personal visit.
Service Conditions
- If the property is located in an area that requires approval, such approval shall be obtained from the relevant authorities
Required Attachments
- Title Deed adjacent to the cornerto be purchased
- A notarized corner sale contract
- Copy of valid passport (for non- Bahraini).

Fees
- 1.7% of property value will be collected as registration fees : if submitted within 60 days from the date of the sale contract issued from the notary department.
- 2% of property value will be collected as registration fees : if submitted after 60 days from the date of the sale contract issued from the notary department.
- BD 1 : Land registration form costs for every transaction.
