Royal Gift Registration Service

This service allows beneficiaries to register properties gifted by his Majesty the King at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, ensuring the legal and secure ownership transfer. The request can be submitted online after completing the required documents, to speed up the completion of transaction without the need for a personal visit.

Required Attachments

  • Gift Certificate
  • Property Map or Property Ownership Document, as applicable
  • Gift recipient's passport or IDcard (for non-Bahrainis).
