Replacement Court Judgment Registration Service
This service allows beneficiaries to register a property based on a court ruling for a lost title deed at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, ensuring the legal and secure registration. The request can be submitted online after completing the required documents, to speed up the completion of transaction without the need for a personal visit.
Service Conditions
- If the property is located in an area that requires approval, such approval shall be obtained from the relevant authorities

- Execusion letter
- Court order for issuing the title deed replacement
- Passport for non-Bahrainis
- A certificate of non-appeal from court
