Waqf Registration Service

This service allows beneficiaries to register real estate endowments through the Sunni or Jaafari Endowments Departments at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, ensuring the legal and secure registration. The request can be submitted online after completing the required documents, to speed up the completion of transaction without the need for a personal visit.

Service Conditions

  • Approval from the Royal Court for properties located in Riffa

Required Attachments

  • Original property title deed.
  • Valid Waqf Certificate by the Sharia Court
  • Letter from the Endowments administration
  • Letter from the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Endowments regarding the registration of the Waqf
