E-Settlement Service
Through this service, employers can apply for the electronic reconciliation of violations if reconciliation is permissible.
Service Conditions
- The applicant must be the same person who has been proven to have employed the violating worker and who has been assigned to attend.
Required Attachments
- ID card of the user (the violating person)
Fees
- 1000 BHD : (for each violating worker).
- 2000 BHD : (for violating the terms of the permit by employing domestic employees).
