Status Change or Modification Registration Service

This service allows beneficiaries to register changes or modifications to property status at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, ensuring the legal and secure registration. The request can be submitted online after completing the required documents, to speed up the completion of procedures without the need for a personal visit.

Service Conditions

  • If the property is located in an area that requires approval, such approval shall be obtained from the relevant authorities

Required Attachments

  • Original title deed of the property.
  • Copy of the letter from the Urban Planning and Development Authority requesting the status modification addressed to the authority, along with the required approvals to complete the registration process, such as notarized declarations of consent for the status modification and expropriation decisions.
  • Copy of valid passport (for non- Bahraini).
