Division or partition judgment pursuant to a court ruling registration service

This service allows beneficiaries to register properties divided or separated by a court ruling at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, ensuring the legal and secure ownership registration. The request can be submitted online after completing the required documents, to speed up the completion of transaction without the need for a personal visit.

Service Conditions

  • If the property is located in an area that requires approval, such approval shall be obtained from the relevant authorities

Required Attachments

  • Original property title deed.
  • Decision of the Urban Planning development Authority with the division maps
  • Judgement Letter from the Enforcement Court
  • Passport of the owner or heirs if they are non-Bahrainis
  • Certificate of No Appeal from the Competent Court

Fees

  • BD 11 : if the property is not in the heirs' names before the division
  • BD 5 : if the property is registered in the heirs' names before the divison
  • 2% of the awarede amount shall be added to these charges. : if there is an obligatiob to pay an amount
  • BD 1 : registration fee
