Apartment or Residential Unit or Office Registration Service under the Layered and Apartment System
This service allows beneficiaries to register apartments, residential units, or offices in buildings divided into layers and units at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, ensuring the legal and secure registration. The request can be submitted online after completing the required documents, to speed up the completion of transaction without the need for a personal visit.
Service Conditions
- If the property is located in an area that requires approval, such approval shall be obtained from the relevant authorities
Required Attachments
- Original title deed.
- Municipality final approval to sell apartments.
- Copy of the survey certificate.
- Copy of valid passport (for non- Bahraini).
- Declaration of waiver from the owner regarding the common areas.
