Request for exemption from the Foundation program
The request for exemption from the foundation program service for newly admitted students, by which a request for exemption from the foundation program is submitted, for holders of official TOEFL or IELTS certificates that are issued by accredited examination centers.
Service Conditions
- The student must be newly admitted.
- The request must be submitted before the start of study.
Legal Regulations
- Article No. (10), No. (23), in the Regulations of Study and Examination at the University of Bahrain

- Three working days

Service Processes
- Submit the request via the Student Information System (SIS).
- The student is informed of the approval or rejection through the request screen.
- If approved, the Foundation Program courses are deleted and the student is automatically transferred to the Bachelor's year.
- Bachelor courses are registered for the student by the Registration Department and are shown to the student in the study schedule screen.
