Compelling withdrawal request submission service
The service for requesting a compelling withdrawal (with valid excuse) from all registered courses is available to the student during the last quarter of the semester and before the beginning of the final exams period, for a compulsive excuse, or for a health reason that prevents the student from continuing their study for at least two weeks, or for the death of one of the student’s relatives up to the second degree.
Service Conditions
- 1) Providing supporting documents for a compulsive or health excuse preventing from Continuing Studies for at least two weeks, or a death certificate of a relative up to the second degree.

- Two working days

Service Processes
- Submit the request via the Student information management system.
- Follow-up the stages of the request through the screen until receiving a response through it or by SMS message of acceptance or rejection of the request.
- If the request is accepted, the status of the registered courses changes to compelling withdrawal (WE).
