Service Conditions
- A request submitted by the beneficiary of a housing service; housing unit – ownership apartment – residential land plot” to complete the procedures for issuing the title deed to transfer ownership of the property from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning to the name of the beneficiary, after paying the full value of the housing unit/ownership apartment and closing the account with the bank, and after completing building a house on the residential plot.

- Copy of the land plot's contract
- Land Plot Dimensions Certificate
