Apply for Housing Service Installments Payment Exemption of Heirs Request

The heirs of the beneficiary of a housing service "housing unit - ownership apartment - Tas'heel Aqari" have the right to apply for their exemption from paying the remaining housing service installments if he left behind a widow and minor children (one or more).

Service Conditions

The family of the deceased beneficiary shall be exempted from all amounts owed to the housing service in the following two cases:

If he left behind a widow and a minor or more minor children.
If he left behind one or more minor children. The ownership of the dwelling shall be registered in the name of the deceased’s family.

Required Attachments

Copy of the valid passports of the owner & his/her heirs
Copy of house’s/land plot’s contract/title deed
Copy of the latest electricity bill
Copies of the Death Certificate & Religious Ordinance Document “Fareedha Shariah”
