Housing Unit Application for Persons with Disabilities
Submission of a medical report stating that the applicant or one of the main family members included in the application has a disability, which applies for the applicants nominated for a housing unit or ownership apartment.
Service Conditions
- The existence of a housing application (nominated) for a housing unit or ownership apartment, and wishes to inform the Ministry that the applicant or one of the main family members included in the application has a disability
Required Attachments
- A recent medical report detailing the health status of the person with a disability
