Customs tax refund

Refund the customs duties imposed on foreign goods in case of re-exported in accordance with the regulations and conditions

Legal Regulations

  • Resolution No. 80 of 2017 regarding customs services fees.

Fees

  • 0.5% of the value if the tax rate does not exceed 20%, and 1% of the value if the tax rate exceeds 20%. : bd

  • Submit request through Customs Clearance System (Ofoq 2)
  • Request being reviewed by relevant department
  • Send notification through the system to receive a cheque of tax amount after deduction the service fees
