  • The customer applies for the replacement of the insurance receipt by emailing the customer service center with the customs insurance declaration
  • The customs officer reviews the request and adds the service fee of 10 dinars in the customs declaration
  • The customer is sent an email to pay the fee via electronic payment methods
  • Prescribed fees are paid and the staff member of the Assistance Section is notified thereof.
  • The customs officer prints a replacement of the insurance receipt and sends it by email to the customer
