Service Processes

  • The Customer applies for the issuance of a lost or damaged replacement for confiscation receipt by sending an email to the Customer Service Center attaching the number of the Customs Declaration or the name and identity of the Traveller. customerservice@customs.gov.bh 
  • The customer is sent an email to pay the fee via electronic payment methods
  • Prescribed fees are paid and the staff member of the Assistance Section is notified thereof.
  • The customs officer prints a replacement of the confiscation receipt and sends it by email to the customer.
