Service Processes
- The Customer applies for the issuance of a Customs Declaration replacement by emailing the Contact Center with information on the shipment on the customerservice@customs.gov.bh.
- The customs officer reviews the request and adds the service fee (10 dinars) in the customs declaration
- An email is sent to the customer to pay the fees via electronic payment methods.
- Prescribed fees are paid and the staff member of the Assistance Section is notified thereof.
- The customs officer prints a lost allowance for the customs statement customs declaration replacement and sends it by email to the customer.
