Real Estate Databank (Aqari)
A national centralized platform that constitutes the primary source of real estate information in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The National Real Estate DataBank (Aqari) contains comprehensive and accurate information that reflects the objective reality of the real estate sector in the Kingdom and works to provide all relevant parties with the real estate information necessary to make sound decisions based on reliable and updated information from its official sources, which enhances the quality of available information and improves the possibility of accessing and using it. This will constitute a qualitative leap in the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain, as it is the first project of its kind in the region.
Service Conditions
- For Normal subscription, only the National ID (ID Card) is required. For Advanced subscription, a clear copy of the company CR and the CPR of the authorized person must be uploaded.
- Users must fill in the form with correct and accurate information, as there is an approval process before payment.
- Subscription fees apply for Normal and Advanced plans; payment is required to activate the account. For Public subscription, the account is activated after approval (no payment required).
- For Advanced subscription, if the account is created by an employee, the user must be an authorized representative.
