This service aims to evaluate the activities that may affect the elements of biodiversity, to ensure that they do not harm these elements or the surrounding environmental elements before licensing them.

Service Conditions

  • Active commercial register for the company in the Kingdom of Bahrain

Required Attachments

  • Any documents supporting the application

Legal Regulations

  • Law (7) of year 2022 regarding the environment and all ministerial decisions and laws under it
  • Ministerial Order No. 1 of 1998 regarding the environmental assessment of projects
  • Ministerial Order No. (4) of 2021 regarding the fees of the licenses and services provided by the Supreme Council for Environment
  • Resolution No. (77) of 2017 regarding the issuance of a license to fill in marine lands (covered with water)
