Smart Card Issuance
Facilitating the procedures for issuing a smart card for workers in the sports sector (players, coaches, administrators, workers)
Service Conditions
- Providing all documents accompanying the application
Required Attachments
- Application letter from the national club or sports federation.
- A copy of a valid residence permit updated with the address.
- Submit the original passport to the Sports Services Department
Legal Regulations
- Resolution No. (16) for the year 2011 on amending certain provisions from Decree No. (1) for the year 2007 regarding the executive regulations of the Identity Card Law No. 46 of 2006
- Resolution No. (3) of 2008 and its amendments concerning the provision of additional services for the issuance of an identity card and the fees prescribed therein.

Service Processes
- Receive the order by e-mail.
- Review the application and transfer it to the Legal Affairs Department.
- Application for issuing a smart card is submitted through the Information & eGovernment Authority,
- Applicant will be notified and given a period to complete the requirements.
- Approving the request and addressing the beneficiary
