Licensing of health clubs, fitness centers, sports academies and outdoor playgrounds
License to operation of sports facilities through the website (Sijilat) of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. This service includes football, hockey and cricket clubs, racing tracks, swimming pools, winter sports arenas and stadiums, boxing arenas, golf arenas, bowling courts, and fitness centers.
Service Conditions
- Existence of an ownership/lease contract for the facility on which the project will be built.
- Existence of engineering drawings for the project.
- Availability of qualifications and training certificates suitable for the activity.
- Commitment to the guidelines for the required activity.
Required Attachments
- Attach the ownership certificate or lease agreement, electricity and water bill, and commercial address card.
- A copy of the engineering drawings of the facility.
- Pictures of the shop or establishment from inside and outside, showing the shop number and the commercial advertisement.
- Certificates and training qualifications for trainers in the facility.

Service Processes
- Receive an email from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism indicating the existence of a business request.
- Contact the applicant to schedule an appointment to visit the site. (if any)
- Site visit for inspection, inspection and review of application attachments(In case of failure to meet the requirements, the applicant will be notified and given a period of at least one month until the requirements are completed)
- Final approval of the application
- Pass the transaction through the electronic system
