Licensing of sports academies affiliated to national clubs
Issuing an approval to establish and operate sports academies in one of the entities under the supervision of the Public Authority for Sports.
Service Conditions
- The approval of the concerned federations to conduct the requsted activity.
- Availability of qualifications and training certificates suitable for the aforementioned activity.
- Commitment to the guidelines for the required sports activity.
Required Attachments
- Attach the ownership certificate or lease contract, electricity and water bill, and commercial address card.
- A copy of the engineering drawings of the facility.
- Photos of the academy or facility from inside and outside
- Certificates and training qualifications for trainers in the academy.
Legal Regulations
- Decree-Law No. (21) of 1989 issuing a law for social and cultural associations and clubs, private bodies working in the field of youth and sports, and private institutions;
- Decree-Law No. (27) of 2015 on Commercial Registration, and in particular Article (26)

Service Processes
- Receive the order from third parties.
- Review and determine the type of application and ensure that all required documents are submitted.
- Approving service requests for the approval of the Director of Administration and returning investment requests to be made through the commercial records system.
- Approving the Director of the Department to establish a service sports academy.
