- Receiving inquiries about athletes dues requests
- Refer the inquiry to the competent department.
- Directing the competent employee to review the inquiry.
- Studying the application and preparing a letter to the competent authority for the inquiry.
- Review employee notes and express opinion.
- Approving the notes and the letter sent to the concerned authority.
- Receiving the response from the authority concerned with the claim.
- Preparing a letter of direction based on the club’s/association’s response.
- Review the response letter to the concerned authority.
- Approval of the letter issued to the concerned authority.
- Sending the letter issued by the administration based on the response of the concerned authority.
- Receiving and archiving supporting documents supporting the disbursement process (if any).
