Apply for “Tas’heel” Financing Request
Flexible and diverse financing products that meet the needs of citizens in acquiring the right housing. Types of Tas’heel are as follows. Tas’heel Aqari: Property financing on concessional terms of payment or with government subsidy provided to benefit from one of the financing purposes, according to the standards and requirements of the financing bank, such as purchasing a house, purchasing and building a land plot, or purchasing a building and adding to it, or building a house. Tas’heel Al Bait Al Oud: Housing financing on concessional terms in payment to provide a house inside a property owned by a relative of the beneficiary or his wife. Tas’heel Ta’awon: Housing financing on concessional terms in payment to purchase or build a property jointly among a group of beneficiaries
Service Conditions
- To be a Bahraini.
- To be the head of the family.
- The age of the applicant at the time of submitting the application and disbursement of the financing from the financing bank shall not be less than (21) years and not more than (50) years for the Tas’heel Aqari, Tas’heel Al Bait Al Oud and Tas’heel Ta’awon Financing Programmes, and the applicant must be fully competent.
- The applicant’s income at the time of application and until the disbursement of the financing from the financing bank shall not be less than (150) Bahraini Dinars and not more than (1200) Bahraini Dinars.
- The applicant or any of their family members must not have previously received any housing service for the purpose of owning a property provided by the government or any other entity.
- The applicant’s family must be a permanent resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- In the case of “Tas’heel Financing” for the construction of a dwelling, the applicant must prove that they or any member of their family owns a suitable and vacant residential land Plot that is free from any legal dispute.
- Without prejudice to paragraph (7) of this Article, the applicant shall not be the owner of a property; they or a member of their family; for a period of (3) years prior to the submission of the application and until allocation.
Required Attachments
For the Second Category – Divorced:
- Copy of the Continuity of Child Custody with its date of issuance does not exceed one year.
In case of Working in the Government or Private Sector :
- Updated salary statement stamped from the work place and issued within the same month of application.
In case of Working in the Military Sector :
- Proof of Military ID.
- Updated salary statement stamped in the same month of application.
In case of Self-Employment :
- Please, fill in a Bank Accounts Inquiry Authorization Form , View Document
In case of Retirement :
- An original Retirement Certificate detailed with bonuses, stamped by the competent authority provided its issuance has not exceeded one month
