New Issuance of Health Certificate for Serving Shisha
Issuance of a new health license certificate to operate commercial activities under health regulation for serving shisha.
Service Conditions
- A valid commercial register subject to health control.
- Fill out the registration form.
Required Attachments
- Copy of the lease contract or property ownership document
- Address identification (Municipality ID) or electricity bill
- Architectural plan with area measurements (in square meters), including designation of work areas within the facility.
- Floor plan of the premises showing smoking and non-smoking areas and the shisha preparation room, including the dimensions (length, width, and height) for each area - Note: Smoking area must not exceed 50% of the closed indoor seating area
- Copy of the valid Commercial Registration (CR)
- Public Health Licensing Group application form

- Law No. (8) of 2009 regarding anti-smoking and tobacco of all its types.

- The application is reviewed by the Registration and Licensing Unit
- Set an appointment for the health inspection.
- Inspection of the commercial establishment (final approval).
