Issuance of new health certificate for food truck

Service Conditions

  • Obtained final approval from the Ministry of Health.
  • The final approval does not exceed two years.
  • Issuance of commercial registration (valid).
  • Fill out the registration form.

Required Attachments

  • Truck (vehicle) ownership certificate. 
  • Photo track number (traffic number). 
  • Truck photo. 
  • CR copy.
  • Health licensing form.

  • Law Article 17 and the executive regulations of the Public Health Law issued by Law No. (34) of 2018 Article 4
  • Resolution No. (11) of 2016 regarding updating some health services fees in the Public Health Department
