Service Conditions
- Obtained final approval from the Ministry of Health.
- The final approval exceeded two years.
- Issuance of commercial registration (valid).
- Fill out the registration form.
Required Attachments
- A copy of the lease contract or a copy of the title deed
- Address identification card (municipality) or electricity bill.
- An engineering chart of areas (in meters) with mention of the work areas in the facility, provided that they are drawn with dry ink or printed electronically.
- A copy of the commercial register.
- Registration unit form.

- The application is reviewed by the Registration and Licensing Unit
- Set an appointment for the health inspection.
- Inspection of the commercial establishment (final approval).
- An email will be sent with the balance of payment.
- Send the payment balance by e-mail and a copy of the commercial register.
- Send the health certificate by e-mail.
