The charges for bulk or liquid goods are calculated based on the ratio of the tonnage of the loaded goods to the deadweight of the ship's tonnage.

- 0.015 BD per unit of gross tonnage : Up to 20%
- 0.023 BD per unit of gross tonnage : 21 - 30%
- 0.031 BD per unit of gross tonnage : 31 – 40%
- 0.039 BD per unit of gross tonnage : 41 - 50%
- 0.045 BD per unit of gross tonnage : 51 – 60%
- 0.053 BD per unit of gross tonnage : 61 – 70%
- 0.061 BDper unit of gross tonnage : 71 - 80%
- 0.068 BD per unit of gross tonnage : 81 – 90 %
- 0.076 BD per unit of gross tonnage : 91 – 100 %
