Renovation permit Service
This service allows property owners and engineering offices to apply for a renovation permit to renovate existing properties without affecting the structural integrity or architectural features of the building.
Service Conditions
- Submit the application electronically through the Benayat system
- Enter the basic application data (owner, heirs, tenants, land, renovation details, electrical load)
- Initial review by the municipality (1 working day)
- Internal consultation when needed
- External consultation with government entities (3 working days per entity)
- Final review and decision by the municipality
- Pay the fees through the Banaayat system
- Issue the renovation permit electronically (valid for one year)
- Print the permit after issuance
