Appeal service against building permit and regulations decisions and central audit (BENAYAT)

This service allows the user to file grievances against central audit (benayat) decisions and building permit and regulations decisions issued by the Capital Municipality and the three municipal councils, to be reviewed by the Grievances Committee.

Service Conditions

  • Appeals are only accepted regarding decisions issued by central audit (benayat) and the Capital Secretariat and the municipalities related to the Building Regulation Law or urban planning requirements.

Required Attachments

  • Letter from the applicant
  • Notification of request rejection from the concerned municipality and red flag letter
  • Copy of the ownership document
  • Copy of the smart card
  • Engineering drawings (if available)
  • Photos of the site
