Building Permits for Small Additions Not Exceeding 50 m²
This service allows the user to obtain a permit for vertical expansion (adding one or more floors) or horizontal expansion of an existing building, provided that the total added area does not exceed 50 square meters.
Service Conditions
- Prepare the engineering drawings with a licensed engineering office
- Submit the application electronically through the Benayat system
- Enter the initial data for the application
- Initial review by the municipality
- Consultation stage (internal and external)
- Obtain approvals from the concerned authorities
- Pay the fees electronically
- Issue the license electronically (valid for one year)
- Print the license from the system
