Service Conditions

• All attached lease contracts must be registered in the contract registration system on the e-government portal (Bahrain.bh).
• All lease contracts must be written in Arabic or accompanied by a certified translation issued by a translation office and affixed to the seal of the approved office.
• The maximum allowed file size is 10MB.

• Letter from the owner (mandatory)
• Copy of the title deed (mandatory)
• Copy of the owner’s ID card
• Survey Certificate or the Master Plan Approved By SLRB (mandatory)
• Site Photos (mandatory)

Industrial Zone

• 0.350 BD : Fees
• 0.700 BD : Deposit

Special Zone: Rb-Villas - Special Project Zone, and Rhb-Villas - Special Project Zone
