Apply for Building Permit / RED Permit
This Service Registered Engineering offices can apply for building permit from here. It will be a paper less and total solution for engineering offices to submit their application and drawing electronically and the modification also.
Service Conditions
- In the event of an amendment to the passport, the head of the department (or their representative) will conduct a review
- Fee paid per square meter
- The permit period is for two years only
Required Attachments
- Electrical load breakdown sheet approved by Electrical Contractor
- Structural Drawings
- Architecture plans and elevations document
- Survey Certificate or the Master Plan Approved by SLRB
- Title Deed Copy (Mandatory)
- Letter From Owner (Mandatory)
- Project Site Photos (Mandatory)
- Owner CR or CPR Copy (Mandatory)
