Request to practice a warehouse or warehouse activity
Issuance of licenses to engage in customs activities in accordance with the rules and conditions determined by His Excellency the President of Customs. Depositors' licenses are issued by a decision of the Head of Customs on warehouses or warehouses after obtaining the establishment decision, His Excellency the Minister of Interior.
Service Conditions
- Practicing a general warehouse activity: depositing goods for the account of third parties (importers).
- Practicing a private warehouse activity: Depositing the goods of the warehouse owner.
- Practicing a warehouse activity: storing and withdrawing goods temporarily according to one of the customs conditions, and he must be a freight agent.
Required Attachments
- A letter to His Excellency the President of Customs to practice the activity of a warehouse or warehouse.
- Copies of the identity cards of the warehouse owners.
- A copy of the commercial register.
- Company contact information and warehouse address.
- Civil defense certificate in the name of the company.
- The warehouse insurance policy, which must be comprehensive for the goods deposited in the warehouse.
- A schematic diagram showing the procedures to be applied in the entry and exit of goods.
- The engineering map of the warehouse.
- The lease contract.
Legal Regulations
- Resolution No. 14 of 2003 regarding the rules and conditions regulating warehouses inside or outside Customs Affairs, as well as the deposit of goods in a status of suspended customs tax (duties).

Service Processes
- Submission of all required documents and information.
